New generation BMW X3 2025 suddenly increases price in Vietnam

The price increase of the new generation BMW X3 2025 SUV in Vietnam is up to 310 and 20 million VND respectively. In return, the car has an additional blind spot warning.

BMW X3 2025 was launched in Vietnam in early June with 2 versions: X3 20 xDrive and X3 20 xDrive M Sport. At that time, the prices of these 2 versions were announced as 2.279 and 2.629 billion VND respectively. However, currently, THACO BMW has quietly revised the listed prices on the homepage for the 2 versions to 2.589 and 2.649 billion VND. Thus, the price increase of the new generation BMW X3 is up to 310 and 20 million VND respectively.

The new generation BMW X3 has a minimalist design language. The exterior is designed with sharp lines, giving a seamless feel. The car is upgraded with new design proportions, 34mm longer (4,755mm), 29mm wider (1,920mm), 25mm lower (1,660mm), optimizing aerodynamics.

The front of the car stands out with a large, vertically positioned kidney grille. The grille has been refreshed with alternating vertical and diagonal slats. The BMW Iconic Glow ambient lighting system enhances the grille's recognition. The newly designed adaptive LED headlights with layered L-shaped light graphics act as daytime running lights, position lights and turn signals.

The body is solidly designed with embossed panels, the roof slopes towards the rear, highlighting the sportiness of the BMW X3. The rear wheel arches extend horizontally, creating a solid and imposing feeling. The rear lights are attractive with stylized X-shaped light graphics, contributing to the strength and sportiness of the rear of the car.

The BMW X3 20 xDrive version is equipped with 19-inch aerodynamic wheels. The high-end BMW X3 20 xDrive M Sport version uses 20-inch M light alloy wheels, along with details designed specifically according to the M Sport package, bringing a different appearance and enhancing the vehicle's performance.

The fourth-generation BMW X3 cockpit is designed with the driver in mind, featuring the BMW Curved Display, the BMW Interaction Bar, a new sports steering wheel and gearshift paddles. Unique ambient lighting is installed on the instrument panel, door panels, and ambient lighting displays “Welcome” and “Goodbye” effects.

The car is also equipped with a storage tray with integrated wireless charging, Bluetooth connectivity, USB-C, a 12V power outlet in the dashboard and a convenient luggage compartment. The seats are spacious, flexible with electric adjustment and are covered in high-quality Veganza leather. The luggage compartment capacity can be expanded from 570 liters to 1,700 liters.

The BMW Live Cockpit Professional package comes as standard, including the BMW Head-Up Display and the Augmented View feature displayed directly on the center console, helping the driver to observe more easily and intuitively during operation. The BMW X3 20 xDrive M Sport version is equipped with a Harman Kardon premium surround sound system.

In Vietnam, the new generation BMW X3 includes two versions: BMW X3 20 xDrive and BMW X3 20 xDrive M Sport. Both are equipped with a high-performance 4-cylinder, 2.0L gasoline engine, applying BMW TwinPower Turbo and Mild Hybrid 48-volt technology, producing up to 140kW/190 horsepower and 310Nm of torque, accelerating from 0-100km/h in 8.5 seconds.

All versions use an 8-speed Steptronic transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters and the intelligent BMW xDrive all-wheel drive system, providing flexible torque distribution to all four wheels. In addition, the BMW X3 20 xDrive M Sport version is equipped with the Sport Boost function for acceleration.

The 2025 BMW X3 is equipped with many advanced driving assistance technologies, including: forward collision warning system; lane departure warning; Driving Assistant Plus package with adaptive cruise control. The Parking Assistant Plus package is standard equipment. With the price increase, the car now also has blind spot warning.
