Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam - Large Enterprises |
On the evening of November 23, Anphabe officially announced the results of the 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2023 Ranking. This is a prestigious working environment ranking organized annually by Anphabe, with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The rankings are based on the results of the Vietnam Best Workplaces Survey series, which is conducted completely independently. This year, it recorded the objective opinions of 63,878 experienced workers from 18 occupational groups and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide.
The survey was conducted from April to September 2023, measuring the Employer Brand Attractiveness of 752 businesses, while updating the latest trends in talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.
Notably, this year, the Ranking is divided into 2 categories with separate regulations and criteria for each industry: Large Enterprises and Medium Enterprises, to create a fairer playing field.

As a result, in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam - Medium Enterprises, the No. 1 position belongs to PepsiCo Foods Vietnam Company Limited.
Notably, in this ranking, Generali Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited was honored in 4 categories: Top 2 best workplaces in the Insurance industry; Top 15 best workplaces in Vietnam; Top 15 typical enterprises with happy human resources 2023 and Top 50 attractive employer brands for Vietnamese students 2023.
In the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam - Large Enterprises, the number 1 position belongs to Nestlé Vietnam .
