The new international version of Talent Solutinon - ATS has been announced and launched, integrating many artificial intelligence technologies. This change is considered by CareerViet as a breakthrough.

After using it, Mr. Nguyen Chi Kien (senior human resources director at PNJ Group) expressed his impression with the new international version of Talent Solution.
According to Mr. Kien, the ability to source and continuously connect with candidates has been significantly improved. Especially the feature of enhancing interaction in the recruitment process such as scheduling interviews, automatically personalizing emails, and visual recruitment reports.
On the other hand, AI Parsing technology helps to process large volumes of recruitment work in a scientific , automatic and structured way.
"I expect this new version will help us recruit excellent employees and managers in a short time and cost effectively, so that the HR department can focus on strategic tasks and build strong organizational strength," Mr. Kien shared.
