(BDO) On the morning of December 27, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company held a conference to summarize its activities in 2024. Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department attended and directed the conference. Attending the conference were Mr. Le Thanh Hung, General Director of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group; Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut, Deputy General Director of the Group, Chairman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union.

The report at the conference said that in 2024, with the solidarity, consensus, high determination and efforts of cadres, party members and employees, the company overcame difficulties and successfully completed the targets and tasks set out in the Party Resolution of the company.
Of which, nearly 12,800 tons of latex were exploited, reaching 103% of the yearly plan; 10,000 tons of dried latex were purchased, reaching 100% of the plan; nearly 22,800 tons of finished latex of all kinds were processed, reaching over 100%.
Total revenue is estimated at 1,494 billion VND, reaching nearly 103% of the yearly plan, total pre-tax profit is nearly 338 billion VND, reaching nearly 122% of the yearly plan, paying the state budget over 150 billion VND; average income is nearly 12 million VND/worker/month.
Along with production and business activities, the work of building the Party and mass organizations continued to achieve many positive results. Party committees from the company to the grassroots level and affiliated Party cells continued to maintain order and improve the quality of activities at each level, promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, and uphold the principle of democratic centralism in activities and in all activities of the Party cell.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the results the company had achieved quite comprehensively in all fields in 2024. Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh suggested that the company continue to closely follow the directions and tasks of the Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group to build its targets and tasks, especially in developing solutions for implementation.
At the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh also provided an overview of the province's socio-economic development, national defense and security, and political system building in 2024 and the direction and tasks for 2025, emphasizing the implementation of "3 breakthroughs, 2 focuses".
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Party Committee of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company to closely follow the province's key and breakthrough tasks to develop its own tasks and solutions. At the same time, the Party Committee of the company needs to carefully prepare for the Party Congress of the company for the 2025-2030 term as well as well implement the plan of 400 days and nights of emulation to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays in 2025 and welcome Party Congresses at all levels.
