Esuhai Company consults on job development for non-professional officials at commune level, Long Phu district

STO - On the morning of June 5, at the Tan Thanh Commune Cultural House, Long Phu People's Committee coordinated with Esuhai Company to organize a program to provide consultation, career conversion selection and job connection for cadres and non-professional workers after the reorganization of the commune-level administrative apparatus. Attending were comrades: Lam Tien Thach - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Long Phu District Party Committee; Vo Thanh Quang - former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; more than 100 full-time and part-time cadres in Long Phu district.

At the consultation session, Deputy Director of Esuhai Group, also Principal of JPC Japanese Vocational Skills College Nguyen Xuan Lanh introduced the training and working model in Japan through the JPC program - helping workers both study and improve their skills, and have stable job opportunities and high income in Japan. In addition, information on participation conditions and selection criteria; career guidance positions for civil servants after the merger; occupations and learning experiences in Japan; welfare regime when working in Japan... At the same time, the school leaders also directly discussed and answered questions raised by delegates at the consultation program.

Speaking at the consultation session, comrade Lam Tien Thach said that this activity is part of a series of career consultations directed by the People's Committee of Soc Trang province and organized by Esuhai Company, aiming to support cadres and non-professional workers after the reorganization of the commune-level administrative apparatus after the merger to stabilize their lives and move towards sustainable development. Hopefully, the information at the event will help delegates participating in the consultation session have more career orientation to choose a suitable development path in Japan, and confidently move forward in the future.

Previously, the career conversion consultation and selection program took place in Cu Lao Dung and Tran De districts and Soc Trang city and will continue to be consulted in the remaining districts.
