Long Thanh Riverside Company was assigned more than 38 thousand square meters of land for social housing.

The total land area allocated is over 38.3 thousand ^m2 ; of which, there are about 31.6 thousand ^m2 of land for social housing. The land use term is until April 2068, home buyers with land use rights are entitled to long-term land use.

The decision assigns relevant departments and branches to be responsible for implementing and guiding enterprises in completing documents related to granting land use right certificates, fulfilling financial obligations on land, and implementing social housing construction projects.

The above social housing area is part of the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh town, invested by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company. The social housing area has a scale of 7 floors, about 773 apartments, expected to start construction in the second quarter of 2025.
