Dai Ninh Hydropower Company rehearses the 2025 PCTT & TKCN plan

Deputy Director Nguyen Viet disseminates the content before the drill. — Mr. Nguyen Viet Tai, Deputy Director, Deputy Head of the Company's PCTT & TKCN Command Board, disseminated the content before the drill.

Participating and commanding the drill were Mr. Nguyen Viet Tai, Deputy Director, Deputy Head of the Company's PCTT & TKCN Command Board and members of the PCTT & TKCN Command Board along with 44 officers and employees from departments/workshops in the Company.

With the following hypothetical situations: 1) open the spillway at the on-site control cabinet under the condition that the power supply from the grid is operating normally. 2) open the spillway from the power supply from the spillway's backup diesel generator when the power supply from the grid is lost (source 471 from the factory) and PXSC operates to isolate the fault point, supplying power to the spillway from line 477 Duc Trong. 3) open the spillway from the power supply from the backup diesel generator of the office area to provide power to open the door when the power from the grid is lost and the backup diesel generator at the spillway is not working (transport the backup diesel generator from the Ninh Gia office area to the spillway operation house). 4) open the spillway using the hydraulic hand pump system (the power supply from the grid is lost and the backup diesel generators are not available).

During the operation, the members participating in the exercise completed the task well with a response time faster than the proposed plan. After the exercise, the entire force gathered for a meeting to evaluate and draw lessons.

Through the drill, the participants always determined that the PCTT&TKCN work is mainly based on the principle of prevention, with a proactive and flexible spirit to limit losses and damage to people and property, with the motto "4 on-site" (on-site command; on-site forces; on-site materials, means and funding; on-site logistics) and "3 ready" (active prevention, timely response, urgent and effective recovery).
