That same evening, Doan Di Bang - wife of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu (legal representative of VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited) spoke up.

According to her, during a routine inspection conducted by the testing institute, a batch of the company's Hanayuki Shampoo products was found to have microbiological indexes exceeding the allowable threshold.

“Confirmation from the manufacturing plant - the unit that processes products for VB Company - this is an error that arose during the production process and the factory has fully admitted responsibility,” Doan Di Bang announced.

The company also confirmed that it will recall all Hanayuki Shampoo products in the affected batch. According to data from the national business registration system, VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited was established in April 2021, located on Nguyen Trai Street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.

The current General Director and legal representative of VB Group is Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu (born in 1978) - Doan Di Bang's husband. This company's main business line according to its business registration is wholesale of other household appliances, with a charter capital of 8 billion VND.

Notably, this enterprise was initially managed by another person as general director and legal representative, Mr. Luong Minh Hung (born in 1997). By July 2024, the position of enterprise owner was transferred from Mr. Hung to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu.

Tax declaration information shows that the company has 10 employees. This company is also the legal entity behind the Hanayuki cosmetics brand. On Hanayuki's website, the representative face of Doan Di Bang stands out.

Not only shampoo, Hanayuki also has many other beauty products for skin care, body care or sanitary napkins. Prices are quite diverse with many designs.

The charter capital at the time of establishment was 2 billion VND. Of which, two individuals contributed capital, Mr. Bui Minh Dang contributed 980 million VND, Mr. Dinh Van Lien contributed 1.02 billion VND. Mr. Dang plays the role of legal representative and director of the enterprise.

After many name changes and legal representative changes, this enterprise is currently chaired by Ms. Do Thi Le Quyen as the Board of Directors and General Director.

The charter capital in the most recent business registration update of EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company is 60 billion VND. In which EBC Pharmaceutical Group Joint Stock Company contributes 98.5% of the capital.
