Implementing the Ministry of Public Security 's Plan on the Month of Action for Children in 2025 and Directive No. 31/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police, Ministry of Public Security) presided over and coordinated with the Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) and the Vietnam KINESS Center to organize a series of activities to promote safe traffic skills and traffic culture education for students during the summer vacation.

Accordingly, from June 12 to June 29, a series of traffic safety propaganda activities for students will take place, responding to the Month of Action for Children. The activities aim to enhance life skillseducation , equip knowledge and form safe traffic habits from a young age.

Students participated in a propaganda and education session on traffic culture and safe driving skills, including: traffic situation games, command experience, instructions on how to wear helmets, walk properly and recognize traffic signs. The form of "learning while playing, playing while learning" helps students approach legal knowledge in a natural and vivid way.

On June 21, 22, 28 and 29, 2025, from 6am to 8am, at major intersections such as Le Van Luong - Hoang Dao Thuy, Le Van Luong - Duong Lang, Lieu Giai - Dao Tan, Nguyen Chi Thanh - Huynh Thuc Khang, students continued to participate in outdoor propaganda activities. They danced folk dances, holding slogans such as "Turn off the engine and wait for nothing", "Traffic safety means no accidents", to convey positive messages to traffic participants.

Having students directly participate in propaganda work not only helps them consolidate their knowledge and practice safe traffic skills, but also contributes to forming a sense of responsibility and spreading awareness of law compliance to their families and communities. This is an appropriate and practical approach to life skills education for school-age children.

Through the series of activities, children are not only trained in safe traffic skills but also nurtured in awareness and correct attitudes when participating in urban traffic environments. This is an educational model that needs to be replicated, contributing to building a young generation with knowledge, skills and culture when participating in traffic.
