Following the brilliant success of its inaugural season, the CTV Cup - the 7-a-side football tournament for the Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio & Television Cup - officially returns, promising a vibrant and exciting summer for amateur football fans in the Southern region.

Scheduled to kick off in mid-June, season 2 of the tournament will continue to bring together 8 strong clubs from various provinces and cities; along with friendly teams, creating a colorful "football feast". Before the matches begin, a press conference and draw are scheduled for June 15th, officially launching the journey to conquer the prestigious trophy.

Following its success, Thuan Thanh Construction Investment Development Consulting Co., Ltd. will take on the role of operating the tournament, in collaboration with Tada Sport - Tada Arena. Notably, Eldo Media continues its partnership as the main media partner, promising to spread the tournament's image widely across digital platforms.

From the perspective of the organizing unit, the Director of Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio & Television, Lam Ho Sy, emphasized: “The entire course of the matches will be broadcast continuously on digital platforms and official channels. This will not only spread the spirit of sports but also contribute to building the tournament into a unique brand, bearing the mark of Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio & Television in the coming years.”

Looking back at Season 1, the tournament, which took place over four days (September 25-28, 2025), left a lasting impression. The thrilling matches, spectacular plays, and noble spirit of competition contributed to a high-quality tournament that attracted a large audience. In particular, the live-streamed matches recorded impressive viewership, averaging nearly 7,000 viewers per match; the final match even surpassed 14,000 viewers at one point.
