Vietnam National Administration of Tourism prepares to organize the introduction of Vietnamese tourism in Europe

Implementing the plan to promote and advertise Vietnamese tourism abroad in 2025, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism in coordination with relevant units will organize 7 large-scale market launching programs in key markets with the participation of localities and businesses. The opening program is the program to introduce Vietnamese tourism in 3 European countries: France, Italy and Switzerland.

Specifically, according to the plan, the program to introduce Vietnam tourism and the business meeting program (B2B) will be held in Milan (Italy) on May 6, in Geneva (Switzerland) on May 8 and in Paris (France) on May 12. In addition, on the evening of May 11, there will also be a performance of Hue Royal Court Music at Trocadero Square (Esplanade de Trocadero), Paris (France).

The Vietnamese delegation was led by the Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Nguyen Trung Khanh, along with representatives of the Tourism Development Support Fund, a number of tourism management departments, a group of artisans, artists, and hotel, travel, and aviation businesses. And especially the participation of the Hue City People's Committee and other departments and branches to coordinate in promoting the potential and strengths of the locality and introducing the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 to a large number of international friends and tourists.

In 2024, Vietnam will welcome 279,000 French visitors, 89,000 Italian visitors, and 33,000 Swiss visitors. In the first quarter of 2025, there will be about 102,000 French visitors, 31,000 Italian visitors, and 12,000 Swiss visitors to Vietnam.
