The "Peaceful Homeland" video clip creation contest is organized by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training. This activity aims to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 - July 12, 2026).

The launch event for the competition is expected to attract more than 10,000 participants.
The program includes various experiential activities, promotes crime prevention skills and traffic safety, and spreads positive digital content creativity to the community.
To ensure thorough preparation for the event, the Hanoi City Police recently held a meeting to discuss the preparatory work, with the participation of various professional units, the Hoan Kiem Ward Police, and numerous media partners and digital platforms.
Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen – Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Police – requested that units proactively coordinate closely, carefully review organizational plans, and ensure absolute security and safety for the program and participating citizens. At the same time, it is necessary to effectively utilize communication on digital platforms to create a strong ripple effect for the competition and attract a large number of people to participate.

The "Peaceful Homeland" video clip creation contest is open to students from grade 8 and above, university students, trainees of People's Public Security schools, and officers and soldiers in the Public Security force.
According to the rules, entries must have a maximum length of 5 minutes and can be presented in various forms such as short films, documentaries, feature stories, skits, storytelling videos, etc.
The content focuses on promoting a positive image of the People's Public Security officers, raising legal awareness, improving crime prevention skills, combating harmful and toxic information on the internet, and spreading positive values in the community.
