Da Nang auctions off prime land near Han River Bridge.

A plot of land measuring nearly 10,000 m2, located along the stretch of road from the Han River Bridge to the beach on Pham Van Dong Street, has been announced for auction by Da Nang city, with a starting price of over 137 million VND/m2.

The Vietnam Auction Partnership Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for the land plot designated A1-2-1 located along the stretch of road from the Han River Bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong Street (An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District).

According to Decision No. 2621/QD-UBND dated November 30, 2023, of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, approving the starting price for the auction of land use rights for the land plot designated A1-2-1 along the strip of land from the Han River Bridge to the sea on Pham Van Dong Street.

Therefore, the Da Nang City Department of Natural Resources and Environment directed the Land Development Center to coordinate with the Vietnam Auction Partnership Company to organize an auction for the land plot.

Specifically, the land plot designated A1-2-1, located along the stretch of road from the Han River Bridge to the beach on Pham Van Dong Street, has an area of ​​9,754.1 m2; it is designated for commercial and service use (construction of a shopping center and office space for rent).

The starting price for the land auction is 137,061,730 VND/m2. The land lease method is a one-time payment for the entire lease period.

The land use period is 50 years from the date of the decision recognizing the results of the land use right auction. The lessee pays a lump sum for the entire lease period.

The land plot designated A1-2-1 is located along the Phạm Văn Đồng road axis from the Hàn River bridge to the sea.

Currently, land clearance and infrastructure development have been completed for the site. The project has a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND, funded by non-budgetary sources and implemented by the winning bidder.

The conditions for participating in the land use rights auction are that a deposit of 20% of the total value of the land plot must be paid; in cases where two or more companies have cross-ownership of each other according to the law on enterprises, only one company is allowed to participate in the auction.

Bidders must also submit a comprehensive report on the investment project, ensuring it aligns with the project's functions and planning indicators, timeline, and projected total investment; they must also provide documentation proving that the minimum equity capital required to implement the project is not less than 20% of the projected total investment…

The Vietnam Auction Partnership Company announced that the period for selling and receiving applications will be from February 22nd to March 13th, 2024.

Previously, Da Nang City recognized the winning bid for the land use rights of the plot designated A9, located on Vo Van Kiet Street (An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District).

Accordingly, the winning bidder is Deawon - Hoan Cau Housing Development Joint Venture Company Limited, located at 600A Dien Bien Phu Street (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).

The starting price for plot A9, located on Vo Van Kiet street, was approximately 146,993,907 VND/m2. Deawon - Hoan Cau Joint Venture Housing Development Company Limited won the auction with a bid of 147,083,907 VND/m2. This price was 90,000 VND/m2 higher than the starting price.

The plot of land designated A9, located on Vo Van Kiet street, has a total area of ​​1,608 m2.
