Da Nang approves plan for managing and exploiting 439 public land and property facilities.

The City People's Committee has assigned the City Land Development Center to continue reviewing and updating the list of land and property facilities to be handed over to agencies, units, and localities that need to use them.

The Da Nang City People's Committee has just approved the plan for managing and exploiting 439 properties (houses and land) managed by the City's Land Fund Development Center.

According to the approved plan, out of a total of 439 properties currently managed by the City's Land Development Center, 6 will be handed over to agencies and localities for use; 5 will be handed over to the Da Nang Housing Management and Exploitation Center for management and exploitation; 14 will be considered for conversion to serve the fields of healthcare, education , culture, public institutions or other purposes; and the remaining 414 will be auctioned off in their current state.

The City People's Committee has assigned the City Land Fund Development Center to continue reviewing and updating the list of land and property facilities to be handed over to agencies, units, and localities in need of use; and at the same time, to study appropriate functional conversion options for each specific case; and to implement short-term leases during the period before a decision is made on handling the properties, before an auction is held, before the transfer or immediate use is carried out according to the decision of the competent authority.

Simultaneously, develop a detailed plan for implementing the scheme; coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to receive, hand over, and strictly manage the assigned properties and land.

Local authorities will review the needs for housing and land for public purposes, healthcare , education, culture, sports, and other public facilities to propose appropriate exploitation plans.

The City People's Committee requires that the management and exploitation of land and property facilities must ensure transparency, openness, and compliance with land law, public property regulations, and asset auctions. The classification and handling of each facility will be based on legal documents, current usage status, planning, usage needs, and actual exploitation potential.
