Nearly 9.5 trillion VND has been collected from land use rights auctions.

(Dong Nai) - The Dong Nai Provincial Land Development Center announced that, as of mid-November 2025, the unit had successfully auctioned off four land plots, generating nearly 9.5 trillion VND in revenue.

This result shows positive signals from land use rights auctions, indicating that investors are showing increasing interest in the Dong Nai market across various sectors: real estate, industry, and trade and services.

According to the plan, in December, the center will continue to auction off six large land plots. If successful, the total revenue could exceed the target of 21 trillion VND set for 2025.

Some notable land plots soon to be put up for auction include: a 51-hectare plot in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park planned for an urban commercial and service area; a nearly 2-hectare plot at the tip of the peninsula (Hang Dau gas station) for a high-rise mixed-use apartment building; and a 4.6-hectare plot at the Dau Giay wholesale agricultural market for expanding commercial and service activities.

According to Mr. Le Thanh Dien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Development Center, the successful auction of land plots not only brings immediate revenue to the budget but also creates a ripple effect. When housing, industrial, and service projects are implemented, they will create more jobs, boost growth, and generate sustainable revenue for the locality.
