
The program is directed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence ; the content and artistic direction are overseen by the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army; the Propaganda Department organizes its implementation; and Military Region 7 takes the lead in coordinating its execution.

Also attending were members of the Politburo, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Trong Nghia; Head of the Central Internal Affairs Department Phan Dinh Trac; Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense; General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security; Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen, along with former members of the Central Committee of the Party; leaders and former leaders of central ministries, departments and agencies; representatives of local leaders; delegates of veteran revolutionary cadres, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Labor Heroes, and generals of the People's Armed Forces…

The program, with its meticulously crafted content, highlights the leadership role of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic fighting spirit of our army and people, and the image of the Ho Chi Minh soldiers in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign. Through this, it aims to awaken national pride, patriotism, and the aspiration for national development in the new era.
The "Country Full of Joy" program, with a stage spanning over 3,000 m², featured state-of-the-art projection technology such as 3D Mapping, along with an advanced sound and lighting system, delivering a grand, spectacular, and deeply revolutionary artistic performance.

Participating in the performance were over 1,000 artists and actors from the Military Arts Troupes of Military Regions 1, 2, 5, 7, and 9; units of the Border Guard, the Air Defense - Air Force Command; the Army Theater, the Army Ceremonial Troupe, along with students from art schools in Ho Chi Minh City and the Military University of Culture and Arts... Among them, the Military Arts Troupe of Military Region 7 played the leading role.
The highlight of the program was the participation of many famous artists such as People's Artist Thanh Thúy, singers Cẩm Vân, Tùng Dương, Vũ Thắng Lợi, and Đỗ Tố Hoa. In particular, People's Artist Tự Long and the singers of the group "Anh trai vượt ngàn chông gai" (Brothers Overcoming Thousands of Thorns) performed a special act for the event, leaving a deep impression on the audience.
The program "The Nation's Complete Joy" lasted 90 minutes and featured 19 artistic performances, structured into three chapters: "Aspiration for Unification," "Aspiration for Advancement," and "Aspiration for National Strength."

Chapter 1, themed "The Aspiration for Unification," transported the audience back to the period when the country was divided with famous songs such as: "The Song by the Banks of Hien Luong River," "Song of Hope," "We Sing on the Peaks of Truong Son," "The Country," and especially the medley "The Country's Complete Joy - Spring in Ho Chi Minh City"... These familiar melodies touched deep emotions, evoking unforgettable memories of the victorious spring of 1975.
Chapter 2, themed "Aspiration to Rise Up," reflects the spirit of unity and resilience of the Vietnamese people in the post-war reconstruction effort. Works such as "The South Will Forever Remember the Gratitude to Him," "Singing About Today's Rice Plant," and "The Unforgettable Song" affirm the will, determination, and unwavering faith of the Vietnamese people on their journey of reform, integration, and development.

"The Nation's Complete Joy" is an epic-style art program encompassing various genres such as singing, dancing, music, and theater; featuring live performances interwoven with epic narratives.
Chapter 3, themed "Aspiration for Greatness," concluded the program with a spirited and proud atmosphere through medleys such as "For the People, We Forget Ourselves," "The Truong Sa Military Song," "Young City," and "Melody of the Fatherland"... The brilliant ending depicted the image of a peaceful, developing Vietnam, rich in identity and full of aspirations in the new era.

Through this program, we reaffirm the significance, scale, and historical value of the Great Victory of Spring 1975; the strength of national unity, the aspiration for peace and national independence, and the will for national reunification; at the same time, we express our deep gratitude to the forces that bravely fought and sacrificed to achieve this great victory; and we inspire patriotism and pride among cadres, soldiers, and the people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to bringing the country into an era of strong, prosperous, and thriving development.
