Outstanding propaganda program to welcome Party Congresses at all levels in Muong Ang

VHO - On the evening of July 10, at Muong Ang Commune Stadium, Dien Bien Provincial Culture and Cinema Center coordinated with the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Muong Ang Commune to organize a mobile propaganda program to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The program aims to promote propaganda activities to create a competitive atmosphere among cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life in Muong Ang commune about the revolutionary tradition of Dien Bien homeland and the country, creating a spreading force, building the cultural life of Muong Ang commune, towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party.
