Highlights of the program "The Everlasting Melodies of Quan Ho Folk Songs"

(BDO) On the morning of June 15th, the Nhu Nguyet Folk Song Club, under the Provincial Cultural Center, celebrated its 15th anniversary.

The opening performance was presented by the male and female singers of the Nhu Nguyet Folk Song Club during the program.

The Nhu Nguyet Folk Song Club was established on June 18, 2010, with the aim of contributing to the preservation, conservation, promotion, and dissemination of Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs (which have been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity).

With that spirit in mind, over the past 15 years, the club has attracted many passionate individuals to participate in its activities. Besides practicing singing and interacting with other groups, the club has also participated in several folk song and dance competitions and Quan Ho folk song festivals both within and outside the province, achieving significant success. The club's activities over the past years have enriched the cultural and spiritual life, maintaining and developing traditional folk music in the province.

In a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, the male and female members of the club from different periods performed more than 30 outstanding acts with the theme "The Everlasting Echo of Quan Ho Folk Songs".
