The program "The Party is the light that guides the way" aims to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (February 24, 1930 - February 24, 2025) and wish a Happy Lunar New Year to cadres, soldiers and people of Truong Sa district. The program is connected from the bridge point at April 2 Square to the bridge point in Truong Sa town (Truong Sa district) and is livestreamed on the fanpages: Nha Trang New Day, Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Station.

In the program, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan read a speech reviewing the country's revolutionary historical tradition during 95 springs with the Party. Under the guiding light of the Party, the entire Vietnamese people have united together in the cause of fighting for independence, freedom, and national unification, as well as gradually building, constructing, and developing the country in a strong manner, on par with other countries in the world and confidently entering the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. In line with those common achievements, the Party Committee, government, and people of Khanh Hoa province have also constantly strived to fight, work, and produce to build the homeland of Agarwood and Swallow Sea to become a bright spot, one of the localities with the highest socio -economic development speed in the country; the material and spiritual life of all classes of people is increasingly concerned and constantly improved.

Through the program, the provincial leaders talked and interacted with cadres, soldiers and people at the Truong Sa town bridge. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan sent New Year greetings to all compatriots and soldiers who are guarding and building the island district of the Fatherland day and night; expressed his joy when seeing the excited and optimistic spirit of the people and soldiers who have proactively overcome difficulties and fully prepared for a warm and meaningful traditional Tet. Along with that, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also hoped that all cadres, soldiers and people of Truong Sa would continue to promote the heroic tradition, join hands, unite, strive to compete, and be determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan and Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan respectfully awarded the 65-year, 60-year, and 55-year Party membership badges to 9 Party members in the Party Committees in Nha Trang City; presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Minh Thuy and Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Duc Quan; and presented meaningful gifts to encourage relatives of officers and soldiers currently on duty in Truong Sa archipelago.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Management Board of the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund; together with Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Director of the Executive Agency of the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund received funding to support the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund from the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of Nha Trang City, Cam Ranh City, Ninh Hoa Town, Dien Khanh, Cam Lam, Van Ninh, Khanh Son, Khanh Vinh districts, Khanh Viet Corporation, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. with a total funding for the fund this time of 21 billion VND.
