The 1st Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, term 2025

Dien Bien TV - On the morning of April 18, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held its first Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committees attended and directed the Congress. Also attending the Congress were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of branches, Party Committees of provincial departments and branches and 37 Party members in the Party Cell.

Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies presented a congratulatory flower basket to the Congress.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department united in leadership and direction to complete and exceed the targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Committee Congress. Notably, the work of advising the Provincial Party Committee on political and ideological work; propaganda of political theory; mass mobilization work, ethnic and religious affairs, thereby contributing to strengthening trust and creating consensus in the whole society.

The Party cell regularly organizes to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; the directives, resolutions, and regulations of the Central and local levels. The Party cell's activities have many innovations in content and form; especially the thematic activities on "Studying and following the ideology, morality, and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh ".

Before the merger, the Party Committees of the two Party cells had effectively coordinated in grasping the thoughts of cadres and Party members; quickly resolved arising difficulties and problems, creating solidarity and unity within the Party cell and the agency.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission set out 16 key targets and tasks and 8 main solutions to strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 1st Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of Party agencies, commended and acknowledged the achievements that the Party Cell of the Propaganda Department and the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization had achieved in the term 2020 - 2025.

He requested the Party Cell to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the Central and Provincial Directives and Resolutions in all fields in the locality; to strengthen and promote the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Cell's Party Committee, in order to concretize the province's political goals and tasks; to focus on training and fostering to improve the political theory and professional qualifications of cadres and Party members....

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing 13 delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030./.
