The 1st Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, term 2025

Dien Bien TV - On the morning of April 18, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department held the 1st Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies attended and directed the Congress. Also attending the Congress were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of branches, Party Committees of provincial departments and branches and 37 Party members in the Party Cell.

Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies presented a congratulatory flower basket to the Congress.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department have united to lead and direct the completion and over-fulfillment of the targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress. Notably, the work of advising the Provincial Party Committee on political and ideological work; propaganda of political theory; mass mobilization work, ethnic and religious affairs, thereby contributing to strengthening trust and creating consensus in the whole society.

The Party cell regularly organizes to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; the directives, resolutions, and regulations of the Central and local levels. The Party cell activities have many innovations in content and form; especially the thematic activities on "Studying and following the ideology, morality, and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh ".

Before the merger, the Party Committees of the two Party cells effectively coordinated in grasping the thoughts of cadres and Party members; quickly resolved arising difficulties and problems, creating solidarity and unity within the Party cell and the agency.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Party Cell sets out 16 key targets, tasks and 8 main solutions to strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of Party agencies, commended and acknowledged the achievements that the Party Cell of the Propaganda Department and the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization have achieved in the term 2020 - 2025.

He suggested that the Party Cell focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the Central and Provincial Directives and Resolutions in all areas in the locality; strengthen the comprehensive leadership role of the Party Cell Executive Committee, in order to concretize the political goals and tasks of the province; focus on training and fostering to improve the level of political theory and professional expertise for cadres and Party members....

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing 13 delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term./.
