During the past school year, under the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the School Board of Directors, along with the synchronous and comprehensive implementation with a high sense of responsibility of agencies, faculties and units, the School has organized research on 63 topics and 26 initiatives according to plan; in which, many topics, improvements and initiatives have achieved excellent results and won prizes in the 25th "Creative Youth in the Army" Contest.

Compiling 78 documents, textbooks and 5 volumes of Combat Regulations was carried out seriously, in accordance with procedures and on schedule. The scientific products after acceptance were promptly applied to the practical activities of the School and served training in the entire army. Organizing the review and proposal of professional-technical-professional officer titles in 2025 was strict, with good results. (Results: 55 comrades achieved the starting rank title, 21 comrades were recognized as main lecturers, 1 comrade was recognized as senior lecturers, 4 teachers met the standards for Associate Professor titles in 2024).

Military Science Information work has many innovations in both content and form. Maintain the order, quality and efficiency of editing and publishing the Army Military Science Magazine and website activities. Organize specialized conferences for cadres, lecturers and students to ensure practicality and effectiveness.

The results of scientific research have significantly contributed to improving the quality of education , training and building the team of teachers and educational managers of the School.

The school was awarded a certificate of merit by the Minister of National Defense for its outstanding achievements in science, technology and environment work in 2024, contributing to the cause of building the Army, strengthening national defense, building and protecting the Fatherland.

From the practical scientific research activities, serving the educational and training tasks, the Vice Principal of the School assigned the military science work tasks for the 2025-2026 school year, including: 75 topics; 35 initiatives and improvements; 52 documents and textbooks; publishing 4 issues of the Army Military Science Journal; completing the research on 4 topics of Military History and 1 chronicle of events of the Army Officer School 1 in 2025. He requested the Party committees and commanders of agencies, faculties and units to focus on improving the quality of activities of the scientific councils at the agency, faculty and unit levels; promoting the positivity, proactiveness and creativity of cadres, lecturers and staff and arousing the scientific research potential of students to implement the military science work plan for the 2025-2026 school year with good quality.
