With the motto of "going to each ship, meeting each person, checking each subject", officers and staff of Fisheries Control Team No. 2 together with officers and soldiers of Phuoc Tinh Border Guard Station propagated and disseminated laws, guided fishing grounds and checked the voyage monitoring equipment and logbooks of fishing vessels preparing to leave port for fishing. The propaganda content focused mainly on the Fisheries Law, legal documents on combating IUU fishing, and propagating national sovereignty at sea to fishermen.

Propagating the law and giving national flags to fishermen.
Fishermen plant the national flag on their boats while operating at sea.

Going to each ship to directly propagate to fishermen preparing to set sail, officers and staff of Fisheries Control Team No. 2 visited, encouraged, and disseminated legal regulations so that fishermen could understand correctly, fully, and strictly comply with the law in fishing. As a result, they directly propagated to 15 fishing vessels/185 fishermen, presented national flags, and distributed many propaganda leaflets.

Through the peak campaign of propaganda against IUU fishing, it has contributed to raising awareness of law compliance among fishermen, and at the same time joining hands with the whole country to remove the yellow card of the European Commission (EC) for Vietnam's seafood export industry, building a sustainable and legal seafood industry.
