In particular, the Military School mobilized nearly 700 officers and students to participate in reinforcing the barracks, moving materials, weapons and equipment to safe places. Organizing working groups to the localities to help the authorities and people of Tuy Phuoc Dong and Tuy Phuoc communes ( Gia Lai province), receiving certificates of merit from the local authorities for 2 groups and 11 individuals.

Division 31 mobilized more than 300 officers and soldiers to join the militia, police, and local authorities to help people evacuate 40 households, reinforce 254 houses, 42 schools, and 4 commune people's committee headquarters. After the storm, the Division continued to mobilize forces to overcome the consequences, clear fallen trees, dredge drainage systems, support production recovery for people on 63km of roads, and help 4 completely collapsed houses.
