The competition has 5 teams: General Department of Logistics and Engineering; Military Region 1; Hanoi Capital Command; Artillery - Missile Command and Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

At the contest, the teams took turns going through 4 rounds: Self-introduction; knowledge; a skit on traffic culture and a speech on traffic culture. In the "Self-introduction" round, each team had a maximum of 3 minutes to introduce their team, the unit's activities and team members.

In the knowledge competition, teams compete on their understanding of the Law on Order and Safety of Road, Railway and Inland Waterways. Each team sends 3 contestants to compete on stage. In this competition, there are 2 contents: "Compulsory Questions" and "Quick Answers".

For the "Sketch" contest, teams use art forms to promote traffic safety and traffic culture within a maximum period of 10 minutes.

In the traffic culture debate, each team will send 1 contestant to participate. In this contest, teams can use art forms to illustrate; each contestant's performance time is no more than 5 minutes; the score of this contest is calculated by a coefficient of 3.

The "Knowledge" contest was very exciting, attractive and dramatic.

Through observation, it can be seen that all 5 teams have prepared carefully and meticulously, bringing to the competition the confidence, youthfulness, dynamism, and creativity of youth.

In particular, many teams have invested in careful scripts, elaborate staging, cleverly conveying messages, and incorporating everyday details to "soften" the content of legal propaganda related to traffic safety, creating closeness, ease of understanding, and grasp for the audience, especially young officers and soldiers.

The "Sketch on traffic culture" contest of Military Region 1 team made a special impression at the contest.

For the "guest" team of Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union, the youngest team, with the main members being high school students, although facing many limitations in time and practice conditions, with the enthusiasm and creativity of youth, the team brought to the competition impressive and fresh performances, contributing to the liveliness, richness and diversity of the competition.

The specific results of the contest will be announced and awarded by the Organizing Committee on the morning of November 11, within the framework of the "Military Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival program in 2025, directed by the General Department of Politics, the Military Youth Committee in coordination with agencies and units organized at the Military Command of Bac Ninh province.
