The 1st Congress of Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030

(laichau.gov.vn) This morning (August 19), the Party Committee of Si Lo Lau commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development". Comrade Giang A Tinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the Congress.

Attending the Congress were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; along with 150 outstanding party members representing over 400 party members in the entire Si Lo Lau commune Party Committee.

During the past term, the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term was carried out seriously and comprehensively by Si Lo Lau commune and achieved many important results. Party committees at all levels have concretized the Resolution into practical action programs and plans, and organized and implemented synchronously. The commune's socio -economy continued to develop, with many targets reaching and exceeding the Resolution. Notably, the total food output reached 7,424.82 tons (104.7% of the Resolution target); the average food per capita reached 477.62 kg/person/year. The average livestock growth rate was 5%/year (100% of the Resolution target). The forest coverage rate reached 54.16%. The material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved, with the average income per capita reaching 29.38 million VND/person/year.

The Party Committee of the commune has focused on leading the implementation of social security policies; the quality of education has been improved; the grassroots health system and the team of commune and village health workers have been consolidated and enhanced, contributing to improving the quality of health care for the people; the cultural identity of ethnic groups has been preserved, conserved and promoted. National border sovereignty has been maintained, political security has been stable, social order and safety have been ensured; foreign affairs activities have been maintained, creating an important foundation for the socio-economic development of the commune and contributing to the good implementation of the task of ensuring national defense and security in the province.

Along with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, the Party Committee of the commune has focused on Party building and building an increasingly clean and strong political system. During the term, 105 new Party members were developed, bringing the total number of Party members in the commune to 437 comrades. Inspection and supervision work was strictly implemented in accordance with the Party Charter and instructions from superiors. Thereby, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025 - 2030 term, Si Lo Lau commune sets out 4 specific target groups, 4 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs, 8 main solutions to achieve the set goals. In particular, striving to increase the budget revenue in the commune by 10%/year; striving to achieve an average income per capita of 48 million VND/person/year by 2030, implementing the New Rural Development Program to achieve 15 criteria or more; the annual poverty rate decreases by an average of 4-5%/year; the annual near-poor household rate decreases by an average of 1.5-2%/year.

Discussing at the Congress, delegates focused on giving opinions on the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the first term submitted to the Congress; the draft Resolution of the first Congress of Party Delegates of Si Lo Lau commune, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, they discussed, shared experiences and discussed solutions to strengthen and build the Party organization and improve the quality of Party members...

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Giang A Tinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee of the commune in the past term. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee, Government and People of Si Lo Lau commune to continue to inherit and promote the achieved results, synchronously and effectively deploy solutions, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee. In particular, focusing on a number of key tasks such as: Focusing on economic development on the basis of exploiting the potentials and strengths of the commune. Strengthening investment attraction, mobilizing and effectively using resources for sustainable economic development; planning, building and expanding concentrated agricultural production areas, models of commodity production with high economic value. Synchronously deploying tasks and solutions for cultural and social development, preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic groups associated with tourism development; policies on poverty reduction, vocational training, and job creation for the people, especially rural workers, to create long-term livelihoods for people to escape poverty sustainably. Strengthen the building of a clean and strong communal Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; promote the strength of the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups to carry out the political tasks of the Party Committee. Strengthen political and ideological education for cadres and party members. Further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government management and operation according to the new model... contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks set out by the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress also approved the following Reports: Synthesizing the opinions of affiliated Party organizations on the draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the first term of the commune to be submitted to the first Congress of Party Delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030; synthesizing the opinions of the Congress on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, documents of the 15th National Party Congress of the province.

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Appointing the Executive Committee of the Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, with 33 comrades; appointing the Standing Committee of the Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, with 11 comrades; appointing the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030; appointing the Inspection Committee of the Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, with 5 comrades. Comrade Tran Bao Trung was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Si Lo Lau Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the Decision to appoint the Delegation to attend the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, with 6 comrades was announced.
