During the past term, the Women's Union of Hung Ha commune has constantly innovated the content and methods of operation, promoted the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity, contributing to affirming the role and position of women in the family and society. The Union has secured over 37 billion VND from banks for 1,740 members to borrow capital for economic development; supported 75 women to escape poverty; presented 32 gifts to poor women, with a total value of over 27 million VND; supported breeding chickens for 30 poor members; mobilized to repair 7 "Shelters of Love" for women in especially difficult circumstances; visited sick members with a total value of over 136 million VND. The Women's Union of the commune also launched a movement to raise plastic pigs to save money, earning nearly 60 million VND; built a "Charity Rice Jar" model to help 12 members in difficult circumstances.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Hung Ha commune strives to help 9 - 11 near-poor households headed by women escape near-poverty each year; establish 2 economic models managed by women; carry out at least 1 project or part of work to build cultural life, protect the environment, promote gender equality; increase the application of information technology and social networks to improve the quality of the Union's activities.

At the Congress, the decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Women's Union of Hung Ha commune for the 2025-2030 term and to appoint delegates to attend the congress at a higher level were announced.
