( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of May 10, in Hanoi, Viettel Network Corporation, Military Industry - Telecommunications Group ( Viettel ) organized the Emulation Congress for Victory in the period 2019 - 2024. This is a grassroots unit representing the business sector that was directed to do it first to gain experience throughout the army.
