At the conference, the leaders of the Border Guard Command announced the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense on personnel work at the Border Guard of Quang Ninh province.

Specifically, Colonel Nguyen Van Thiem ceased to hold the position of Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard to retire according to the regime; Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa, Deputy Commander, was temporarily appointed to hold the position of Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard.

Colonel Le Xuan Men ceased to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard to retire according to the regime; at the same time, Colonel Vu Van Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard, was temporarily appointed to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard.

The Ministry of National Defense also appointed Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Chieu to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Dang Minh Duc to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of the Border Guard Command congratulated the officers appointed to new positions.
