At the ceremony, Colonel Ksor Lanh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, authorized by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee Standing Committee, announced the Decision of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Military Party Committee; the Decision of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee.

At the same time, announce the decisions of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee on the establishment of subordinate Party Committees; appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary for the Political Department, Staff, Logistics-Technical Department; 6 regional defense Party Committees and the Border Guard Command Party Committee.

The Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee, Phu Yen Provincial Military Party Committee and the Border Guard Party Committees of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces.

Accordingly, the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee consists of 12 grassroots Party Committees with 125 Party cells; of which the Border Guard Command Party Committee and 6 Regional Defense Command Committees are new Party organization models.

Representatives of 10 affiliated Party Committees received the decision of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee.

Presenting the decision and assigning tasks, comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee affirmed that the establishment of the Provincial Military Party Committee is an important milestone in party building and consolidating the political system in the local armed forces after the merger.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that, immediately after its establishment, the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee should quickly stabilize its organization and staff, consolidate its organizations, issue working regulations and leadership regulations for all aspects of work; maintain Party committees and Party organizations operating in accordance with the Party's principles. Promote the effectiveness of the Party's leadership mechanism, promptly advise and propose solutions to difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation of military, national defense and border protection tasks in the new situation.

After the announcement ceremony, comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung presented the decision to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Party Committee.
