Concluding the inspection, Major General Luong Van Kiem, Commander of Military Region 3, requested the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command to continue to lead and direct the overcoming of existing shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the Inspection Team of Military Region 3, and at the same time continue to lead and direct the development of a complete system of plans and training curriculum for combat readiness plans; closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and forces stationed in the area in exchanging information on political security and social order and safety; prepare well forces and means, be ready to effectively handle situations, and avoid being passive or surprised.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Thuyet, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, spoke at the inspection.

Maintain and strictly implement the combat readiness regime; the Provincial Military Command and units continue to closely manage national defense land facilities; organize and assign cadres to monitor, guide and assist the Commune Military Commands, especially in the management of weapons and equipment and the work of recruiting and training, maintain strict discipline, closely manage the number of troops and the internal political situation; grasp, manage and properly resolve the ideological situation of the troops.

Carry out well the Party work, political work and policies for the subjects; lead and direct the preparation work in all aspects, especially personnel, documents... organize the Party Congress at all levels according to plan, strictly, and according to principles. Strictly maintain ammunition and logistics for combat readiness and tasks.

The organization ensures timely, complete, synchronous, and good quality technical equipment for units performing combat readiness, training, and other tasks.
