To promote the exemplary role of cadres at all levels in their work, "practice what they preach" through the quality and effectiveness of completing duties and tasks, working impartially, objectively, in accordance with principles, with empathy and reason; having discipline and order, in accordance with Party regulations and Army regulations. Be proactive, creative, and follow the spirit of "7 dares"; be dedicated and enthusiastic about work; fulfill assigned duties and tasks well; always be the leader in all activities of the unit, be exemplary in communication and behavior, have military attitudes, behaviors, and the personality of Uncle Ho's soldiers, be trusted and loved by cadres and soldiers, and consider them as standards and models to learn from, follow, and follow. This is the fundamental solution to prevent and stop degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" and the most practical factor in preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.

To continue to improve the effectiveness of the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity, from the perspective of Party and political work, we propose:
