December 3: The Government submitted to the National Assembly amendments and supplements to pilot a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, in addition to the previously approved meeting agenda, the meeting agenda added many contents, including the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Specifically, on the afternoon of December 3, National Assembly deputies will listen to the Government present reports on: the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the 2026-2030 period; investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway construction investment project; 2 drafts: Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City and Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city.

On the afternoon of December 4, National Assembly deputies listened to the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court present the draft Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center. Afterwards, this content was discussed by the deputies in groups.

On the afternoon of December 11, before closing the session, National Assembly deputies will vote to approve the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

The National Assembly is expected to pass the Resolution of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly (including the content on supplementing the second phase of the state budget - foreign non-refundable capital) in 2025; adjusting the content of Resolution No. 94/2015/QH13 of the National Assembly on the investment policy of Long Thanh International Airport; amending and supplementing Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, and Khanh Hoa Province)...
