The process of arrangement and adjustment must be carried out in accordance with the Party and State's guidelines and policies, the Project on arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and the construction of a 2-level local government organization model must be put into operation soon. For the Military Command of Ha Tinh province, it is necessary to strengthen guidance, management, and create favorable conditions in all aspects to ensure that the unit can perform its military and defense tasks well from the first days of its establishment.
