The working delegation of the General Department of Logistics and Technology inspected the management and registration of import and export of weapons and equipment at the Yen Son Region 5 Defense Command.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Colonel Phuc Duc Nham, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, and representatives of functional agencies of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command.

The inspection content focuses on the organization and staffing of the logistics and engineering sector after the reorganization of local military agencies; results of implementation of logistics and engineering tasks; combat readiness documents; logistics-engineering planning system; combat readiness material reserves; military supplies, barracks, equipment, gasoline and weapons.

Through the inspection, the working delegation highly appreciated the efforts, proactiveness and sense of responsibility of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province in organizing and implementing logistics and technical work associated with the task of reorganizing local military agencies. The combat readiness documents were fully developed and close to reality; the logistics and technical planning system was updated promptly; the facilities were consolidated and arranged appropriately.

In his concluding remarks, Colonel Bui Xuan Ninh emphasized: The reorganization of local military agencies is a major policy, placing high demands on logistics and technical support work. He requested the Provincial Military Command to continue reviewing and supplementing the system of documents and combat readiness plans; strictly manage materials and equipment, strictly maintain the preservation and technical maintenance regime, promote the role of specialized agencies, and avoid being passive or surprised in any situation.
