Immediately after the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Political Department of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, the Party Committee of the Political Department focused on leading and directing political education and ideological leadership, maintaining stability within the agency and units. Thorough preparations were made, and the handover of departments, offices, and units was organized according to principles and plans. A system of internal regulations was promptly developed, functions, tasks, and working relationships were reviewed, responsibilities were assigned, and the workplace and living conditions were stabilized. Work quickly became orderly, operating smoothly, according to principles and plans, ensuring synchronicity, timeliness, and effectiveness, and maintaining stability in all aspects of the agency and units.

The Party Committee of the Department has led and directed the effective organization of the dissemination and study of resolutions of the Politburo and the Central Military Commission, political and ideological education programs, and legal education as prescribed. Propaganda activities have been intensified with many creative and diverse forms, such as the propaganda campaign with the theme "Logistics and Technical Troops - Journey to the Great Victory of Spring"; the live television program "Resources for Victory"; and the launch of a campaign to compose songs and literary and artistic works about the Army's logistics and technical sector...

With its assigned functions and tasks, the Party Committee of the Political Department has actively and proactively advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services on building a system of working regulations and leadership regulations for key areas of work; leadership and guidance documents for the congresses and guidance for party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; reviewing, supplementing planning, arranging, and consolidating the staff at all levels, ensuring the process is correct, rigorous, and of high quality.

Recognizing that human resources are a crucial factor determining the quality and efficiency of work, the Party Committee of the Political Department has actively and proactively advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services on the arrangement and consolidation of the cadre team, in conjunction with reviewing and supplementing the planning of command and management cadres at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and preparing personnel for the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. They have reviewed proposals for promotion, salary increases, and transfers of cadres in accordance with regulations and procedures. They have guided agencies and units in developing circulars stipulating the standards for cadre positions within the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services. They have implemented retirement and termination decisions according to Government Decrees 177, 178, and 67.

Mass mobilization and public relations work were organized comprehensively and effectively. Many practical activities left a strong impression, such as the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" competition; the exchange and dialogue program between the head of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services and young officers; the competition to learn about the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country; the 25th Youth Innovation Award in the Army... creating a widespread impact throughout the General Department.

In the coming years, the tasks of the Army and the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services will be supplemented and developed. To meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, the Party Committee of the Political Department has determined to continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, and the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services on military and national defense tasks, logistics and technical work, and Party building work within the General Department. It will direct and guide the comprehensive implementation of Party work and political work within the General Department; build a clean and strong Party Committee, and a comprehensively strong Political Department that is "exemplary and outstanding," contributing to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
