In the practical examination, Senior Lieutenant Bui Ngoc Thien, Assistant to the Political Department of Warehouse K850, presented a topic titled "Improving the command and management capacity of officers at the grassroots level to meet the requirements of building a lean, efficient, strong, and modern army." Not only did he analyze the content, Senior Lieutenant Bui Ngoc Thien also closely related it to practical situations, especially the Resolution of the Warehouse Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term on breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources, improving the quality of planning and implementation. Accordingly, the unit focuses on officer training according to the motto "Superiors train subordinates, training in areas where weaknesses exist"; periodically evaluating quality and conducting rigorous reviews. The lecture used problem-solving, analysis, and examples from the unit's reality, making it lively and engaging.

Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Ngoc Nam, an infantry weapons repair technician (Maintenance and Repair Workshop), commented: “The lecturer provided a lot of new knowledge, closely related to the characteristics of our technical unit. The presentation was lively, making it easy to understand and creating interest in learning.”

Recognizing their target audience as technical professionals, the candidates prepared their lectures meticulously, with a logical and creative structure, incorporating many new data and information beyond the scope of the provided materials. Their presentations seamlessly combined theory and practice, using specific examples relevant to their unit's tasks.

Major Ta Quang Phong, Political Officer of the Maintenance and Repair Workshop, shared: "To make the lecture lively, it is necessary to carefully select the core content, present it clearly through slides, incorporate appropriate illustrative images, and use beautiful and attractive effects."

At the competition, 100% of the participating officials combined traditional methods with the application of information technology through electronic presentations. In addition to the practical part, the contestants also performed well in the knowledge test and answered supplementary questions from the judging panel.

Colonel Luong Dinh Ky, Political Commissar of Warehouse K850, affirmed: “The competition is an opportunity for political instructors to learn, improve their knowledge, share experiences, and spread good and creative practices. Based on that, the Party Committee and the Warehouse command can realistically assess the capabilities of the staff, thereby improving the quality of political education work at the unit.”
