Currently, ice cubes are an essential commodity in many fields such as beverage services, food processing, entertainment, and are especially important in preserving seafood and vegetables. The strong growth of cafes, restaurants, and food businesses has led to a continuous increase in the demand for clean ice cubes. Therefore, ice cube production requires modern equipment, a standard water source, and a closed process to ensure hygiene and safety.
Market research indicates a high demand for pure ice cubes in the Dak Lieng area and surrounding regions, while the existing machinery of the facility cannot keep up. Investing in a production line with a capacity of 8 tons/24 hours will help the business increase output, create ice cubes of stable quality, and offer reasonable prices by utilizing the local water source that meets standards and the surplus agricultural labor.
During the acceptance inspection, the working group reviewed the documents and directly assessed the equipment's operation. The results showed that the project was implemented on schedule and met all the requirements approved by the Department of Industry and Trade. The participating members unanimously agreed to accept the project and put it into operation.
Representatives from the Dak Lieng Commune People's Committee expressed their hope to continue receiving attention and support from all levels and sectors so that many other rural industrial establishments can access industrial promotion funding, expand production, and improve business efficiency.

As part of the 2025 industrial promotion project, Trung Dung Cafe Co., Ltd. has invested in building a showroom to promote, introduce, and enhance the image of its products. Simultaneously, the showroom boasts a modern and professional design, becoming a reliable distribution channel to help local products reach the market, tourists, and distributors. The showroom showcases important aspects of promoting and selling the province's products, meeting consumer demand.
At the acceptance meeting, the members checked the documentation and the actual equipment and tools for displaying products, confirming that the project was implemented according to the approval requirements of the Department of Industry and Trade. The participating representatives unanimously agreed to accept the project to support investment in a showroom for typical rural products in 2025 at the aforementioned company for commissioning.
Supporting these showrooms is expected to become an effective "bridge" between producers, distributors, and consumers, opening up opportunities for local specialty products to reach a wider market. Beyond creating a centralized display space, this model also contributes to enhancing the image of OCOP products and typical rural industrial products. At the same time, it is a crucial element in linking product promotion activities with the development of experiential tourism and trade services, helping to increase the value and reach of local goods.
Previously, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province, in coordination with the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion, conducted the acceptance of industrial promotion projects for 2025 at several businesses in the area. Specifically, they provided 50% financial support for the purchase of a coffee roasting machine for Le Son Coffee Production and Trading Company Limited, located in Ea Kar commune; and supported investment in a showroom for typical rural industrial products in 2025 for Damaca Nguyen Phuong Joint Stock Company and Bazan Do Production, Trading and Service Company Limited.
