Dak Lak: No delay in processing documents

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has issued a document urging the implementation of indicators on online public services, digitizing administrative procedure results and handling delayed records on the National Public Service Portal.

According to the province's assessment, there are still a number of departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards with overdue records rate of over 5%, digitization rate of administrative procedure results reaching below 90%, online records rate reaching below 70%, online payment records rate reaching below 30%, affecting the assessment index of administrative procedure implementation and public service provision of the province on the National Public Service Portal.

Therefore, departments, branches and localities with overdue records being processed integrated on the National Public Service Portal must review, inspect and thoroughly handle them; apologize to people and businesses; urge and remind cadres, civil servants and public employees to avoid delays in processing records.

Regarding the digitization of administrative procedure settlement results and returning them to the administrative procedure data warehouse for individuals and organizations, it is necessary to direct and discipline cadres, civil servants and public employees so that the digitization rate of administrative procedure results does not reach 100%; digitize administrative procedure settlement results and carry out the step of storing administrative procedure data to return electronic results to individuals and organizations according to regulations.

Dak Lak provincial leaders requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to check and urge to avoid delays in processing records on the National Public Service Portal.

For departments, branches, sectors and localities with low rates of online submission and online payment, strengthen direction, urge and promote the implementation of support and guidance for citizens and businesses to perform online public services.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with departments, branches and localities to support and promptly fix cases of erroneous records during processing on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system, not to let cases of records being overdue due to system errors; coordinate with the Government Office to handle and fix cases of overdue records due to system errors or data synchronization errors on the National Public Service Portal.
