Mr. Le Quang Huy ceased his duties as a delegate of the 15th National Assembly.

On the afternoon of October 6, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee held a conference to consider and decide on the dismissal of Mr. Le Quang Huy, a National Assembly deputy of the 15th tenure, from the Lam Dong province National Assembly delegation.

Accordingly, based on the Constitution, the Law on Organization of the National Assembly and legal provisions relevant laws; based on the opinions of competent agencies; based on the Submission of the Standing Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee; considering the Application for resignation from the duties of a National Assembly deputy dated September 22, 2025 of Mr. Le Quang Huy, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly discussed, voted by secret ballot to approve and promulgate Resolution No. 1854/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the dismissal from the duties of a National Assembly deputy of the XV term for Mr. Le Quang Huy, a National Assembly deputy of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province.
