Provincial leaders and related units performed the ceremony of pressing the button to start the project "Building digital transformation infrastructure in Dak Lak province in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030"

The program demonstrates the province's political determination in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

At the Program, Dak Lak Provincial Leaders pressed the button to start the Dak Lak digital transformation infrastructure construction project for the 2021-2025 period, with a vision to 2030 - a key project to welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Dak Lak Provincial Digital Transformation Steering Committee has launched the "100 peak days" (from July 15 to October 25, 2025) movement "Digital literacy for all" with the determination to spread knowledge, information technology skills and digital transformation to every village, hamlet and residential group.

The movement aims to enable all people, especially ethnic minorities and people in remote areas, to access digital utilities, know how to use online public services and digital platforms for production and business.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Standing Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, emphasized that "100 peak days" is considered a valuable period of time to quickly and effectively implement specific and practical goals and tasks, especially in the context of the new two-level local government model coming into operation.

The Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee suggested: "The entire political system from the province to the grassroots level must participate synchronously, proactively and resolutely. Each cadre, party member, union member, and member of socio-political organizations must be a pioneer and exemplary person in learning and supporting people to access technology.

Schools, communityeducation centers, libraries, and cultural houses become places to spread digital knowledge to every village. Businesses, especially technology businesses, share digital solutions with the government so that no one is left behind."

Also at the event this morning, delegates also experienced using digital platforms and AI applications to support the lookup of regulations, decentralization processes, and implementation of public administrative procedures. Dak Lak province also evaluated the initial results of implementing a two-level digital government, piloted in 3 wards (Ea Kao, Tan Lap, Tan An) and officially expanded throughout the province.
