Dak Nong receives First Class Independence Medal

On the evening of March 23, at the 20th Anniversary of the Re-establishment of Dak Nong Province (January 1, 2004 - January 1, 2024), Comrade Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly, awarded the First Class Independence Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Nong province.

Comrade Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman, pinned the First Class Independence Medal on the traditional flag of the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Nong province.

Dak Nong province was re-established on January 1, 2004, on the basis of separation from Dak Lak province. This is an important milestone opening the journey of construction and development of the Party Committee, Government and People of Dak Nong province.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue presented the decision to award the First Class Independence Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Nong province.

After 20 years of construction and development, with the attention and support of the Central Government, the efforts of the entire Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province, Dak Nong has achieved many achievements in the fields of politics, economy, culture, society, national defense and security, escaping the status of a poor, underdeveloped province.

Recognizing the achievements of Dak Nong, Acting President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vo Thi Anh Xuan signed Decision No. 284/QD-CTN to award the First Class Independence Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Nong province for their outstanding achievements, long tradition, and contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

The recognition of the Party and State is a great source of encouragement for the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Nong province to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity and joint efforts to build Dak Nong province to become increasingly developed, civilized, humane and affectionate.
