Attending the conference were leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district; leaders of agencies, units, unions and representatives of collectives and individuals who were commended and awarded on this occasion.

Realizing the importance of research, study and timely dissemination of the contents of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW and annual and full-term topics to cadres, party members and people, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued documents to convene and organize 8 online conferences at the district-level bridge and 1 direct conference to study and disseminate to 1,071 key cadres in the district and 8 communes and towns.

Immediately after the Central and the province organized the study and dissemination, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee directed the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee, the Party Committees of 8 communes and towns, and the Party Committees of the District Police and Military to organize 142 study and dissemination conferences for 12,318 party members, civil servants, public employees, teachers, workers and soldiers of the Party cells under the District Party Committee and Party Committee.

Over 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo , Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations at all levels have paid attention to leading and directing the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with appropriate contents, solutions and methods, building many typical models and examples to set an example and replicate.

The implementation of key and breakthrough contents has brought about positive results in many areas, especially in administrative procedure reform, the fight against corruption and waste, and direct contact and dialogue with the people. The work of propagating and educating Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in recent times has had positive changes, focusing on the shift from "studying" to "following" Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in each cadre, party member and people.
