On June 17, Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) said it has directed the entire electricity sector to ensure safe and continuous power supply for the high school graduation exam and university and vocational education admissions in 2025.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, this year's high school graduation exam will take place from June 25 to 28 with more than 1 million candidates at more than 2,300 testing locations nationwide. EVN requires its affiliated units to develop plans to ensure electricity at locations where exam papers are printed, organized, and graded.

Local power companies coordinate with examination boards to review electricity demand and arrange on-call staff, backup generators, and equipment to handle incidents 24/7. EVN also requires daily reports on electricity status for timely operation.
