Tan Phong ward police drew up a record to fine Mr. T. and P.

Earlier that morning, the patrol team of Tan Phong Ward Police, while on patrol, discovered Mr. T and Mr. P posting advertisements for septic tank pumping and cleaning on Street 65, so they invited them to the headquarters to work.

Here, both people confessed to having been posting septic tank pumping advertising flyers since May, posting about 3,000 - 5,000 flyers each night.

Also in the morning of the same day, the patrol team of the Hoc Mon Town Police Department (Hoc Mon District) while patrolling discovered Le Van N. (22 years old, residing in Hoc Mon District) posting 3 phone numbers on electric poles and walls of houses to advertise septic tank pumping services.

The authorities drew up a fine for Mr. N. for illegally posting advertisements on electric poles.

Hoc Mon Town Police have filed a case file and coordinated with Hoc Mon Town People's Committee to draw up a record of administrative violations against Mr. N. for the act of "Posting advertising products on electric poles, traffic signal poles and trees in public places".

The authorities handed over Mr. N. to the Thoi Tam Thon Commune Police (Hoc Mon District) to establish a profile and manage local education .
