What's so special about the impressive array of military equipment that appeared in the September 2nd parade?

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee, presided over the joint training session and commented: The military artillery and police special vehicles have become proficient in changing formations, maintaining distance and speed... Many shortcomings identified in previous joint training sessions have been basically overcome.
