Recognizing that "effective mass mobilization" is linked to the interests of the people, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations have built and maintained many effective models. This affirms that effective mass mobilization is a bridge between the Party's will and the people's aspirations; it strengthens national unity and creates momentum for the sustainable socio-economic development of the province.

Warmth of national unity
From warm and compassionate solidarity houses to heartwarming models of sharing love for the vulnerable, the "Effective Mass Mobilization" movement implemented within the Vietnam Fatherland Front system is making a practical contribution to improving both the material and spiritual lives of the people.
In particular, amidst the vibrant atmosphere of activities and projects celebrating the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province successfully organized Tet celebrations for the people in the province; organized the 2026 Provincial Ethnic Culture Festival; built 1,107 out of 1,000 houses with a total cost of over 65 billion VND; and implemented other social welfare programs worth over 300 billion VND…
Through noble gestures, the completion of these solidarity houses adds another story to the tale of human kindness and close-knit community spirit. The dream of a sturdy home, a place to "settle down and prosper," has become a reality for Mr. Nguyen Van Dong's family (Hamlet 9, Long Chau Ward).
Uncle Dong emotionally shared: “Before, every time it rained or the tide rose, my house would be flooded 40-50 centimeters. With the support to build a new house, I no longer have to worry about flooded floors or leaky roofs. This is a huge motivation to help my family stabilize our lives and rise out of poverty.”
To promote the role of "effective mass mobilization" in caring for orphans, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Binh commune, together with the Women's Union and the commune's police, coordinated the launch of the "Effective Mass Mobilization" model in 2026, implementing the "Godmother" program. The program will provide monthly support to four orphaned children, some of whom have lost their parents or have been abandoned, who are in extremely difficult circumstances in the commune.
According to Ms. Nguyen Truc Phuong, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, this is one of the activities that promotes the strength of national unity in caring for the lives, supporting means and educational expenses for children, and demonstrating the determination to "leave no one behind".
Fostering a spirit of self-management
In this new stage of development, "awakening the spirit of people's ownership and self-governance" at the grassroots level is even more profoundly significant. Many successful models and methods of mass mobilization have awakened the sense of responsibility of the community in developing their homeland.
Accordingly, the Fatherland Front committees in hamlets, neighborhoods, and residential areas continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual support, and compassion, contributing to raising people's awareness of their rights and obligations according to the motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit." The Fatherland Front and political and social organizations actively promote their role in mobilizing the people's strength to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas with diverse models.
Typically, members of farmers' associations at all levels contributed nearly 3,950 man-days to participate in activities such as clearing vegetation, maintaining flower-lined roads, and effectively preserving the model of "Comprehensive residential areas in security and order associated with building a civilized urban lifestyle"; clubs such as "Propagating, disseminating, and educating on laws in residential communities," "Environmental protection," and "Building new rural areas"... Youth union members in the province actively maintain "bright, green, clean, beautiful, civilized, and safe" roads...
Effective mass mobilization aims to unleash the people's potential and benefit them; the rural road named "Prosperity Road" in An Phong hamlet (Ngai Tu commune), recently inaugurated, is the result of "the Party's will and the people's aspirations," and also contributes to fostering the spirit of self-governance among the local people.
Ms. Phan Thi Nu, a resident of An Phong hamlet, said: “Thanks to the government and sponsors for building such a beautiful road, the people are happy because it makes travel and trading much easier. I also encouraged the women nearby to join hands with the local authorities to plant flowers. The road we travel on is even more beautiful with flowers.”
In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front continues to maintain the effectiveness and innovate the activities of self-governing people's groups on security and grassroots mediation groups to promptly resolve conflicts from their inception; and promote the role of funds supporting women and poor farmers in accessing loans for sustainable economic development.
For example, the Women's Union of Tra Con commune has supported poor and near-poor female members in accessing entrusted loan capital from the Social Policy Bank to develop their family economy and improve their living standards. As a near-poor household with a strong work ethic, Ms. Truong Hong Dao's family (Tuong Ngai hamlet) received a loan of 100 million VND from the Social Policy Bank.
“With the loan, I raised two mother cows and planted 3.5 acres of oranges. Thanks to that, my family has escaped near-poverty and saved up to build a new house,” Ms. Dao shared.
