Approval granted for 113 land plots for social housing.

The City People's Committee has just approved the list of land plots designated for the development of social housing in the city. This includes 24 areas where projects are currently underway and 89 areas where projects are planned.

This list of 113 land plots includes both ongoing projects and planned new areas, spread across various locations and functional zones. Notably, some locations include planned areas in the Han River waterfront and East Bank zone, the Innovation zone, the High-Tech zone, and areas in Ba Na, Hoa Vang, Lien Chieu, etc. In particular, the list also includes land plots designated for worker housing, low-income housing, and housing for the armed forces.

The City People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to publicly announce the list of these 113 locations to attract interested investors to participate in construction; and at the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies to review and advise on adjusting the planning of these land areas in order to most effectively utilize the existing land resources and ensure the completion of the assigned social housing targets.
