Vinh Phuc Ward Party Committee takes digital transformation as a breakthrough solution

On July 28, the Vinh Phuc Ward Party Committee (Phu Tho Province) solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 196 delegates representing nearly 7,000 party members in the entire Party Committee.

Vinh Phuc Ward was established on the basis of merging 5 wards of the former Vinh Yen city, including: Dinh Trung, Lien Bao, Khai Quang, Dong Da and Ngo Quyen. Vinh Phuc Ward Party Committee currently has 151 affiliated party organizations with a total of 6,928 party members.

The Ward Party Congress highly agreed on 19 basic targets, 5 key task groups and 3 breakthroughs, striving to build Vinh Phuc ward into a civilized and modern urban area; taking people and businesses as the center, technology as a tool, digital transformation as a breakthrough.

The Congress agreed on the main targets by 2030: State budget revenue reaches over VND860 billion; implemented investment capital reaches over VND2,000 billion; there are over 2,000 enterprises; 100% of administrative procedure records are received and processed in the electronic environment...

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Bui Huy Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, suggested that in the new term, Vinh Phuc Ward Party Committee should quickly stabilize the organization, arrange suitable jobs for cadres and civil servants; create high consensus within the entire Party Committee.

The new Party Executive Committee of the ward was launched.

Vinh Phuc Ward needs to make the most of local advantages such as industry (Khai Quang Industrial Park), former education-training and medical center of Vinh Phuc province (old), modern facilities, to attract investment and implement socio -economic development projects in the ward.

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Trung Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Ward Party Committee.
