Attending the congress were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; former provincial leaders, former leaders of the old Chi Lang district, leaders of the Party Committees of several communes and 188 official delegates.
Van Linh commune was established on the basis of merging the original status of 3 communes: Van Linh, Y Tich, Hoa Binh of the old Chi Lang district, with a total area of 126.54 km 2 . The commune Party Committee currently has 42 branches and affiliated Party Committees, with a total of 810 party members.
After 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, with the solidarity and determination of the collective leadership, the efforts of the entire political system, the consensus and active participation of the people, the Van Linh Commune Party Committee has achieved many important results. Of the 37 set targets, the commune achieved 13 targets and exceeded 17 targets.
The work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened and achieved many results. On average, the percentage of Party members who complete their tasks well or better each year reaches 97.8%. The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have actively innovated the content and methods of their activities; the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups has been firmly consolidated...
The commune's socio-economy continues to develop, national defense and security are strengthened, the political situation is stable, social order and safety are maintained; the cultural and social fields have made much progress, social security is ensured, and the material and spiritual life of the people is improved.

At the congress, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in various fields, as well as proposed directions and solutions to effectively implement the goals and targets in the coming term.
Van Linh Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term
Also at the congress, delegates heard the announcement of the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of the commune consisting of 27 comrades, the Party Standing Committee consisting of 9 comrades, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Van Linh Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Hoang Xuan Anh (previously Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the old Chi Lang District Party Committee) was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Van Linh Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the congress, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission praised the important achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Van Linh commune have achieved in the past term.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he emphasized that the Party Committee of Van Linh commune needs to continue to identify building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system as a key task of decisive significance; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Continue to innovate the operation methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, promote democracy at the grassroots level; promote patriotic emulation movements, focus on building suitable economic development models in a sustainable direction. At the same time, strengthen national defense and security, maintain political stability and social order and safety, effectively implement Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation...
During the program, delegates voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress of the Party Committee of Van Linh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term with 28 targets. These include targets such as: the rate of grassroots party organizations assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better annually reaches about 90%; domestic revenue increases by an average of 10% or more annually; maintaining and enhancing the value of Ocop products and developing 2 more 3-star or higher Ocop products; the area of fruit trees planted annually reaches 20 hectares or more; annually planting new forests and reforestation after exploitation reaches 30 hectares or more; by 2030, the commune will have no poor households (according to the multidimensional poverty standard for the period 2021 - 2025)...
