Thanks to the Communist Party, the political situation in Vietnam continues to be stable, despite the growing instability globally, mainly due to the cyclical nature of crises, including in the social and public sphere, which Vietnam itself is not affected by. It is therefore no surprise that Vietnam’s economy and its professional workforce are becoming a center of attraction for the world’s leading manufacturing companies. Hanoi’s balanced position in international politics is becoming a model for many countries. This approach is fundamentally different from the famous “multi-dimensional” approach, with its naive desire to please everyone, which is impossible in a major political system. Vietnam shares its experience in prestigious international forums as well as within the framework of multilateral organizations as an active member: from ASEAN to the United Nations. Vietnam’s participation is always linked to a focus on solving specific problems, not to a formal approach. A typical example here is the support of Vietnamese rescue forces in overcoming the consequences of the terrible earthquake in Türkiye. A notable sign of the position of Socialist Vietnam in the world today is the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping and the visit of US President Joseph Biden to Hanoi in 2023. The visit of the Chinese leader not only became a vivid symbol of the relationship between the two communist parties of Vietnam and China but also significantly deepened the relationship between Hanoi and Beijing, becoming a model of diplomacy. Speaking of Vietnam-US relations, it is important to note not only the increasingly enhanced partnership between the two countries but also the recognition of Vietnam's important position in Asian affairs and on the map. Without Vietnam, a country that is truly at the center of regional events, it is impossible to solve any of the tasks and problems facing Asia and the world today, including not only political issues but also infrastructure and transportation issues. Currently, Hanoi has established comprehensive strategic partnerships with 6 countries: China, Russia, Japan, India, South Korea, the United States, and this list speaks for itself. Speaking of the countries in the post-Soviet space and Eurasia in general, it is important to note their willingness to cooperate with Vietnam, along with strengthening partnership cooperation. And in this regard, without the Communist Party of Vietnam, such results would not have been possible. The Communist Party of Vietnam is the foundation of Vietnam's prestige and in the world. An important area of ​​the Communist Party of Vietnam is the fight against corruption. In countries with the same political base and economic type as Vietnam, such a fight is practically impossible, or at least extremely difficult. Thanks to that, Vietnam's image in the international arena has reached a level that many countries have not been able to achieve. The numbers, as mentioned, are a testament to the efficiency of the Vietnamese economy. Despite the unstable external conditions and many accompanying problems, the Vietnamese economy continues to achieve a growth rate of over 5%, which in itself is a record. This index brings many positive signals to all partners, including the position of the national brand value reaching 431 billion USD. This has helped Vietnam rank 32nd among the 100 strongest national brands in the world and the upward trend continues. If we look at the details of Vietnam's development, it is also very impressive. For example, Vietnam's rice exports exceeded 8 million tons, reaching a turnover of more than 4.4 billion USD, the highest level since 2009. And another clear example, foreign direct investment reached its highest level since 2020, with a trade surplus exceeding 26 billion USD for the 8th consecutive year. There is a question that has been asked for a long time: "Can people think of such a year in the distant future?" And usually the answer is: no, they cannot even imagine such a thing. However, on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , at the beginning of the third decade of the 20th century, the answer is: Yes. Vietnamese communists not only could but dreamed of seeing this, and did everything possible and impossible for this. Through all the trials and triumphs, the Vietnamese communists have shown not only their compatriots but also the whole world an example of building a successful state based on the socialist, popular ideal. Ho Chi Minh and his comrades have made incredible, unimaginable efforts for this. It can be seen that the economic model of Vietnam is not a testing ground or a training ground. This is a modern, strong and trustworthy state system that can serve as an example for other countries. The Communist Party of Vietnam has made necessary adjustments throughout the whole process, when problems arose in Vietnamese society that required something to be done before a turning point, in a specific historical context, when faced with the most difficult existential problems. Thanks to the accurate and timely recommendations of generations of Party leaders, Vietnamese society has had the honor of having answers to these problems, and has reached a new level of development, a next stage. Therefore, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and his colleagues shoulder a special responsibility towards their people. But it is this noble responsibility that has helped Vietnam today become a worthy successor to the Party, the State and the history of the Vietnamese nation.
